Shipping policy
DOMESTIC - USA: All items are shipped with a traceable method.
Papaya Skye is not responsible for packages that are not received by the buyer for any reason. If the courier stops making attempts to deliver the package, it will be returned to us as the sender. In this case, we can re-ship it with a new shipping fee. If the shipping fee is not paid and the package goes unclaimed within 30days, we will refund you the cost of the goods, minus 35% for lost shipping fees and restocking.
Please ensure your shipping address is current/correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an old or incorrectly entered address.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Papaya Skye, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Papaya Skye does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. In other words, we do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as "delivered."
INTERNATIONAL: All items are shipped with a traceable method.
All customs fees and taxes are to be paid by the receiver. There are no foreign taxes or fees included in the final amount paid to to us.
Papaya Skye is not responsible for delays with Customs due to their process and due to the taxes, duties, and fees due.
Any package returned to the sender due to unpaid dues from Customs will result in a refund of the goods minus 40% for shipping fees lost and restocking.
